Cooking is the most ephemeral art, disappearing the moment it is completed.

The passion of the chef, the breath of the ingredients, the atmosphere of the place —

all vanish within the few minutes of the dining experience.

フォトグラファーとして私が追求しているのは、

その一皿に宿る

「魂」を写し撮ることです。

As a photographer, my purpose is to capture

the “soul” that resides in each dish.

Bi & Lume

私の表現の核には、

二つの要素があります。

Bi（美） — 日本の美意識

影、余白、静寂の中に潜む

言葉にならない品格を見出すこと。

Lume（光） — 生命を吹き込む光

被写体の質感と感情を、

世界共通の言語へと翻訳すること。

There are two elements at the core of my work.

“Bi (beauty),” the Japanese aesthetic found in shadow and silence.

And “Lume (light),” which brings life and translates texture and emotion

into a universal visual language.

この二つを融合させた

**「Bi-LUME」**という哲学を通じ、
